Our sport performance coaching sessions help athletes recover from injury, improve their mobility, balance, strength, stability, speed, power and technical proficiency. Sessions include dynamic warm-up, speed and power development, strength and conditioning and core development. We design all programs to meet the individual needs of each client.
During this session, clients complete a
series of performance tests to assess their mobility and explosiveness, identify mechanics issues, muscle imbalances and old injuries that need to be addressed. Afterwards, I provide a written analysis of their performance; a technical breakdown across eight Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); and specific recommendations for improvement.
We review practice and competition video, analyze sprint mechanics and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), determine areas for improvement and provide recommendations to consider.
We develop programs that athletes and their coaches can follow on their own to improve their speed, power output, agility and event performance.
We will design and lead clients through comprehensive performance training sessions one day ($250 per month), two days ($325 per month) or three days ($400 per month) a week.
Our fitness training sessions include functional mobility exercises that improve joint mobility and range of motion, conditioning exercises that improve strength and stability and high intensity metabolic resistance circuits that boost metabolism, burn fat and build lean muscle. During this session, clients complete a series of activities to give us insight into various fitness factors. We then analyze their results and help them understand what they can do to improve performance and achieve their fitness goals.
